I went in with a couple of questions about this facility, as I walked in I was greeted by a cheerful face. 😊 Her name was Michelle. She was more than eager to help assist and answer any questions that I had. She was cheerful and very informative. So thank you Michelle, I will definitely be coming back. Coastal Storage was great and perfect for our short term needs. Their prices weee less than all the other storage facilities on the area and the property manager keeps an eye on things and makes sure no one is camped out all day in front of their unit.

This is a clean facility with several options for different sized units to rent. Michelle was extremely thorough in helping me decide which unit would fit my needs best and quick getting me signed up. I have 24 hour access to my unit and they're easily accessible so I can get to my things when I need to.

Horrible horrible place to store your personal belongings!!! There are severe rodents that get into your belongings and tear up your things such as making holes in your linen or nibbling on your cables and pooping on your belongings. Also, there are several Homeless people living in the units With electricity running,refrigerators, and so on. This is very disturbing and unprofessional!! I would not leave my personal belongings anywhere on that property!! Furthermore, I would advise you not to sign up for automatic withdraw because they withdrawal the money on whatever day they choose. Also, don’t let the manager Michelle fool you….she is a wolf dressed in sheep’s clothing!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I've been a customer for two months and I'm genuinely impressed by the exceptional service. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. Vanessa, in particular, makes the experience truly pleasant with her constant smile and personable demeanor. She's always available and accommodating, ready to answer any questions that come up. Overall, I am very pleased with the staff and the service they deliver. They're highly recommended!

I recently came to clear out my storage unit. The office had been well managed by Daisy for years. But while I was actually there, the office never answered my phone calls, so I went there in person on August 9. As I was walking up to the office, I had a lucky chance meeting with Melissa, who works there. When I told her I would be moving out the next day, she told me that was the last day to get a refund for my unused days of August. The guy in the office had not told me! She emphasized that I had to be at the office by closing time, 4pm, with my unit cleared out. I am so grateful!

I came into the office, because I was price shopping and Vanessa was very helpful. She did a good job at explaining everything and was professional. I might come back and rent from coastal storage.
