Cami is the BEST!!!! My partner and I were in from out of town for the weekend to see the redwoods and our car broke down the first night. We called Coastal Cab and Cami, our driver, saved us, took us all around town and out to the redwoods, was just super personable and very knowledgeable about the area, and really brightened what could have been a really sad trip due to circumstances. Thanks Cami!! We’ll be back!!!

Cara is an absolute gem! We blew a tire on our travels and were stranded. She didn’t just cart us around town to get food and run errands, but literally moved mountains, made calls on our behalf, connected with people she knew, pulled a rental car out of thin air, drove us to get said car, and connected all the many, many dots required to get us back on the road over the course of two days. She was so cheerful, fun, and beyond accommodating. Crescent City has a keeper. Cara - THANK YOU!!! Tip her well, and give Cara all the kudos. She deserves it all!!

Ordered a Taxi a week ahead of time, confirmed the appointment the day before and no show. She called 45 minutes late. We asked a stranger for a ride to the Airport. She had the nerve to claim she woke up late because of daylight savings time which is next week.

Coastal cab has excellent customer service.
Staff always quick and efficient with there rides. Always on time. Vehicles are always clean.....
I won't use anybody but Coastal Cab in the future.

Sandra was my driver tonight and she was very kind and courteous. She went out of her way to put my Walker in the trunk and got it out for me when I needed. She made me feel like family! I will absolutely recommendable her to my family and friends! This company is great! Sandra & the other's are so awesome! They all are so friendly .She make you feel safe conformable along the ride. Thank goodness for her!!

Sandra & Cara are AMAZING!! They are experienced professionals as well as authentically personable ~ a combination that allowed me to be at ease knowing I'm in good hands. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and went above and beyond in their level of service, which immediately comforted my anxiety of missing a flight due to road construction. They delivered what they said they could do and did so very pleasantly. The kind, sweet, genuine nature of Sandra made my 1.5hr ride not only pleasant but a very enjoyable experience that was a cherry on top a wonderful trip. If ever in the area again, I will absolutely utilize their services and would recommend anyone do the same. Angels like these two are great hands to be in and are shining examples of living by the golden rule.
