Stuff is excellent but the policies are bad. They charge me $40 bucks for the transaction because I forgot bringing the check for EFT their staff was out which is not my problem. They couldn’t hold the balance until Monday. I am coming for 4 years and treat me like this. I will do my best to avoid this place for shopping again they are out all of inventory anyway.

Always out of products which I totally understand because they said they are moving but the employees are here rude. I was talking to my employee to ask about the stuff and one of the employees the lady working in cigars area said ‘’oh it’s too loud’’. Ma’am! If you don’t like someone to talk please go to your bedroom I am sure it’s gonna me quiet over there.

Came and wanted to see what I need to do to get a membership and register but was denied at the door because I don't have a membership. THAT'S THE ENTIRE REASON I'M HERE. Didn't want to give me any information or anything, simply wanted to get back to being on his phone.
This was a sign to stick to online distrubuters.

Big Trucks.. Very tight and very little room to maneuver.. Receiving doesn't open till 6am Main gate has call box once enter go to the left along side of building. Allowed to park in front of inside gate but no room for multiple Big Trucks.. No parking on roads filled up with cars.. So try to come at drop time.. Tried parking at Target and other stores in area but very little room and roaming security..

Is this open to the public? I've heard many people come in and find good buys. I was kicked out as soon as I walked in. Maybe a few shades too dark. Dang lol

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, the people here are rude especially the manager and the workers, they talk to you with no respect and they don't value their workers. They speak to you like kids at daycare and they don't have the team work mentality, I hear so many people have left working this job cause of how people are being treated and no valued as a team member. I walk in every day with a smile and speak to everyone but they will ignore you and act like they don't speak English but will speak in Palestine and talk about it but not to your face and not to where you understand so people please don't waste your time at this place I wouldn't recommend it if your black and have a good heart, they will use you and discard you quickly.

Today march 15 2024 5:15 the spanish guy who is in charge he don’t know how to deal with customer and he did a big mistake he made for me a membership card with my picture and somebody else’s name so be careful everybody about your identity.

Deliver here. The first time I was here was an ok experience. They unload a few pallets at a time and we separate everything out on its own pallet. Doesn’t take too long. But the receiving process is just to unorganized and takes too long. The normal receiver Kumar is very professional and knows what he is doing. Came here today and arrived at 9am for a 10am appointment. There was a line of at least 8 trucks waiting. I finally got a door at 1330. Currently still waiting to be unloaded. This new receiver is way too slow and clearly doesn’t know basic math. I hope next time I come here Kumar is back.
