Had a 5:00pm del appt, but I tried my luck to see if they’d unload me the night before. Guard shack lady was nice and called down to receiving but they said no. She gave me the number to call at 9:00am to see if they’d work me in sooner.

I called the next morning and the guy said earliest he could check me in was 2:00pm for my 5pm appt. I checked in at 2 and was empty and checking out at 3:53. Not bad, friendly folks and I appreciate the early unload.

Would be fine for a drop and hook, but for some reason, he wouldn't let me leave.
He wouldn't turn around and acknowledge me.

Come to find out, he just didn't see me. He apologized, and all is well.

No before app , drop trailer , 6pm app… check with shipping office after 3h..say we working on it , but still affer 5h they even not start loading truck yet .
Unfair, unprofessional ! Long wait, you will definitely be late for your del app.

When I go to check again after 5h , guy in windows, refuse to look for me and ask me what I need , and other employer play game inside

Truckers: Great place to pick up a load. They are very professional and efficient. You cannot arrive more than an hour early, but you can stay on site and finish your 10 after you are live loaded. There is a TA and Pilot nearby also, but they both fill up quickly, so this is a huge benefit to picking up loads here. This is the normal open your doors and slide your tandems back, then drop in door and wait for call. They had me loaded and ready in about 3 hours which is a bit slow and reason for only 4 stars. Plenty of room to maneuver. Be careful to follow local truck routes! Many roads are weight restricted to 4 tons, and some have low wires. Follow truck route signs and stay on main roads and you'll be good.

Terrible place!
Long line to check in
3 hours to get unloaded.
Ps. Loading takes more than 3hours. They load overweight (more than 45000). No scale onsite. Plus another 4 hours to get reloaded.

No Complaints. I arrived a day early when it wasn't that busy and was loaded in about an hour. So I'd advise call ahead if your planning on being loaded early or check to see if they are busy that day and u might get loaded early.

have to drop trailer at the dock...

go out bobtail..

they will call u when trailer is ready...

if u wanna sleep..dey dun mind come back anytym to pickup ur trailer..

they leave voicemail if u dun pik up phone...

Excellent Security at check in. But a 3hr load and don't pay detention until after 3hrs coincidentally. If you're picking up with multiple POs, this will more than likely be your results. Because they keep all POs together, no matter the size of the skids. Also you have to drop and unhook from your trailer. Book at your own risk. Lesson learned
