I don't have a problem with the place itself the people are always very nice and helpful.
What I have a problem with is I'm out of town traveling for work and every time I try to call I cannot get through.
One number will tell me it may be recorded and then hangs up on me.
The number listed online won't even let my call go through I guess because I have my phone number private.

Kind of hard to pay your bill when you try to use two numbers to get through and I've been doing this for a year now and it takes me forever to be able to get through just to pay a bill.

My phone has a VPN and a private number and one will say it won't let the number go through it doesn't tell why it says because of my service provider but that's not true my service provider is T-Mobile.

It was very pleasant and the staff was amazingly polite. Ms. Christy, was so informative and help me in picking out the exact size I needed for my things. Since becoming a customer in 2020, I have always had a positive experience with on-site staff as well as the staff answering calls.

Of note, Tracy (on-site staff - Bwk) has gone above and beyond to be of service. The manner in which she offers caring and considerate service while maintaining a positive attitude certainly exceeds any expectations I could have. She deserves to be recognized for her demeanor as well as the level of care she invests in ensuring that she does everything possible to help customers. I appreciate knowing that someone of her caliber is present on-site, making me much more comfortable with trusting my things will remain safely in the unit. I've observed her interacting with other customers, as well, showing the same level of service and respect as she has shown me. Thanks to Tracy and the various people in the call center, I have no hesitation in recommending this facility to others.

Friendly service. Very smooth and painless registration with excellent communication via text and email. My only issue was they will not accept cash. I get it though.
