Hands down BY FAR the best freight agent.

As first time importers, the complexities surrounding import regulations were simply overwhelming for us. Our team spent weeks scouring through Google, various forums, and reading pages after pages on the GOV site, asking chatGPT, etc.

But with so many different information being thrown at us, things only became more complicated the further we looked. So we started looking for a freight forwarding company to work with in the hopes that we'd get some professional help.

But wow... we were even more discouraged and disappointed.

We reached out to almost 30 different freight agencies in UK and were appalled by how unresponsive and careless they all were. We chased them up repeatedly and still got nothing. The best we got was some half-baked response with a link to the GOV site...

We needed thorough answers - a sense of assurance.

Honestly we were close to giving up. We were doing a last round of Google search and found Clear Fr8.

First of all, the website had initially given us a good impression because of how informative it was. It also offered a direct chat via WhatsApp. So we had a good feeling about it, and reached out.

We expected a response within a day but oh my god, it took 6 minutes. The agent had got back to us in 6 minutes, and the response was very clear that he understood exactly what we were lost on, and advised accordingly.

We took it further and emailed him for more detailed information, and very quickly we had it.

The advice was also thorough and put in simple terms. It was practically as straight forward as "Do A. Tell your suppliers B. Check C because D. Watch out for E. Make sure you do F before G."

It was absolutely clear that he took time in understanding our needs, and did not hold back in giving it all.

Our team and I truly appreciate Clear Fr8's immense support, and we very much look forward to working with them. If you're looking for a reliable freight agency, I'm confident your search will end with these guys.
