They are great for the elderly and disable, especially if you or they need to make it to a doctor's appointment and don't have a ride and don't have the equipment on your vehicle to get back and forth.
They are also very reasonable in price for what they do.
My mother used them, and well still does from time to time.

This company does not care. This company is not dependable. This company should not be trusted with your loved ones. They are rude, unprofessional, they discriminate against the very people that makes the company relevant. It is not ok to be rude to the elderly and disabled. The riders don't do the scheduling. Whats the purpose of scheduling if your gonna come when you want to or just not at all? Clastran does nothing but abuse the elderly and the disabled. That is not ok.

In regards to Clas Trans as a rider. It is important for people to tell the truth about this company's operation's and treatment towards disable people. It is the only way that changes will take place with this transportation organization. Disable people are important to this community & world. My true experience has not been great per one comment. I experienced being hung up on, along with inappropriate behavior. I also have experienced delays in being picked up from locations. I can tell you that things do need to get better with this company it has been ongoing for many years with the disable folks, who depend on this transportation service. It would be great if a monitoring system was put into play to assist in making this disable transportation service for the disable people in Birmingham, AL area-accountable for it's employee and overall hidden operations action. Clas Trans has a responsibility to assist disable people with a more higher quality of service. Disable folks already suffer from many illnesses and limited ability to do things for them self. Clas Trans should look into improving their service for disable people. Amen. New issue happened today (9/19/ 23)my pick up time to go home took from schedule time got adjusted somehow. I called it changed. When I called to check the time- I was told 1pm to 1:30pm. I am disabled. They picked me up at about 1:45pm. I ended up getting home today at 2:51pm. I question-"Other reviews on this site mention". This incident happens within 2 weeks later. I only ride with them 1 to 2xs a week for physical therapy per my doctor advice. I have been off & on for about 8 to 10 yrs riding this disability transportation service. I have stopped riding due to poor service. I know lots of others who have rode this transportation who were not happy with this service. They told me their experiences to warn me about clan Trans errors. They stop riding without doing a review. My prayer today is that God place this honest review in the right person's hands to intervene for disabled folks who are not receiving excellent service as stated in Clan Trans Mission & vision statement on website. Their social responsibility in the community needs to match its comments in the entire Jefferson County. To all the viewers, fake statements involved ,unbelievable. What goes on in the dark eventually will surface to the light. Amen. God is real. 🙏😇💚

Everytime I call Im on hold forever! Today- they didnt make any improvements. Called to make sure they are doing a pickup for my mother. I have been on phone 1 hour listening to Jold music. This is pathetic. An elderly person could not hold this long. If theyre running late they dont call. Had to take her myself. UGHHHHH!

I go to dialysis 3 times a week and they get me there on time. the drivers are courteous and the office staff have been really kind when ever I talk to them. I would highly recommend Clas Tran.

Drivers are ALL WAYS late. And they never notify you they are running late. You have to call class tran and sit on hold average of 15 to 25 min before you get. A live person. Plus their drivers drive like maniacs flinging u all over the seats even with seat belt on.. Wish you could give negative stars
