Good Morning America 🇺🇸 how are YA'LL. Appointment was for, 01/09/2025 12:00 check in shipping address, 22:00 night before, was asked to check back in, at 07:00 next morning, did that back 😀 up to doc door 🚪 67, tandams back open up doors, drop trailer, set in front of it. Done 08:15 paperwork in my hands, leaving now Kroger DC in Keller Texas. Happy New Year ,may God Bless You. Receiver and shipping address door 🚪 # 001.

Seems to be a pattern of horrid load times here. Appointment was for 1830 was at the window 1830 sharp. Been in the door now for 3.5 hours lord only know when I’ll get out of here. If you’re going to preach punctuality upon the drivers hauling your loads maybe you should work on being punctual about getting your loads on trailers and getting them gone..

Got here a little before appointment time over an hour. Got the door immediately ladies in office was nice and jk around. No complains.

The clerks attitudes are horrible not welcoming to the establishment. When delivering a "Drop NHook" load you have the B.O.L in hand they insist that you bring the EXACT same copy of the B.O.L from inside of the trailer to them (you can get that once at the dock) then make copies of the same B.O.L signed then return as a signed copy as proof of delivery. 😂😂😂 Just backwards and wasteful.

Only by appt! Literally not even 15 min before! Overnight out side for maybe 2-3 trucks! Bring your ID with you when you are going to check in.

First time here, went to check in, the lady, asked what time is my appointment, I told her and she asked why am I checking in early, I told her it's a drop and hook, she asked for my pickup #,then she says, you are lucky it's loaded, Thank You Ma'am and You Have A Blessed Day...

Your appointment time is your appointment time no EXCEPTION. Don’t come early you’ll be rejected. Also just a suggestion, be nice to the lady in shipping/ receiving. Better results
