Warning - From one business to another, you shouldn't use this courier service.

At first, when our company used this service, they were friendly and cordial. We received a quote, issued a p.o. and that was the end of the story.

As of late, it seems as if the company has gotten "too big for their britches". We would get a quote, issue a p.o. and then have a higher amount bill come in. We would call to try and resolve it and were told that we owed the higher amount because of some fault of our own.

As a Merry Christmas to us, the company OWNER told us today (after we called to complain about another bill that was received at a higher amount, even though the owner provided the quote directly to us) that we didn't have to pay the higher amount, he would just close our account.

Frustrated - certainly. Disappointed - Most Definitely.

IF THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR QUOTES, HOW IS THAT MY FAULT?

So, thank you City Central Courier, for being so amazing that you would rather please your ego, than your customers.
