The rumors about this company is still true these days, they do not like to pay the military members for their damaged items when you file a claim. I hate for any other military member to get this company to ship their HHGs anywhere, especially overseas. I hope all military members do their research about this place like I should have. Dont just get assigned to any random company to handle your HHGs. Ask TMO for better recommendations!

The fact that the Air Force still uses this company makes me lose faith in it. This company will do everything in its power to not be held liable. They gave me offers for my items that were stolen based off of replicas on ebay, fake items, or ebay bids that had multiple days left. The Department of Defense should review their contract with this company and find other options immediately.

By far the worst company I've ever dealt with regarding moving or military PCS. Any item damaged or destroyed, they'd offer a small fraction of the actual value of replacement, even for medical equipment. When inventory was incorrect, they'd fight tooth and nail to not make things right. Horrible. Stay away from this company and their terrible claims department at all costs.

Worst company ever!!! They will lie and make excuses when you try to file claims for items that were clearly damaged. Staff is rude, unapologetic and do not care. In all the military moves I have ever had this was hands down the worst experience ever. Do not waste your time, energy, or money!

Absolutely terrible, call can not be reached . Whoever owns this company, you need to check your phone lines, your website and how to reach someone on a question for a shipment that you forwarded.
