Checking in was a challenge, glad they weren't busier or people would have been waiting on me. Two different businesses use this entry, and with trailers on either side its really tight and can be difficult to back your trailer into the doc, a lot of stuff to fill out at check in makes the whole thing very slow, it says no parking in their lot but there wasn't any way to really avoid doing that as I needed to go back to check in and to my truck several times. Don't like going to places like this.

Slow and incompetence reign supreme here. A simple drop and hook has turned into an hour long (and counting) step by step debacle. Avoid this place if you can. I was an hour ahead of schedule and now will be behind. Dang Atlanta.

When I arrived I didn't wanna believe the post but the woman that work here at the reception.. Just sit there and ignore u I stood at window waving for 5mins before they even said anything then tel me to have a seat when all they were doing is talking and Laughing...I would give no stars for customer service...

The ladies in the office just ignore you... This place is the same as most other DHL places...slow as hell and very inefficient... I stood at the window for 15 minutes before they even acknowledged me...
