This business owner is rude treat the young ppl like theirs as soon as they walk in. I’m not sure he understands small towns rely on each other. Very overpriced . DO NOT SHOP!!

If I could give zero stars I def would! I have never had a bad experience at a hair store but this one def made me not want to ever go back. Thank goodness there’s nother hair store in town bc I will not be spending another dime at this unprofessional establishment. The man that works up there knows nothing about the products he is selling and is literally the worst sales man I’ve ever met in life. Horrible customer service and literally tries to get as much money out of as he possibly can. I told him I wanted braiding hair he gave me hair that had a weft on it that I didn’t realize til I got home so I brought it RIGHT back and he then tried to tell me it wasn’t a weft when what else could it! Then, he offered to give me some money off BUT I had to pay an extra $55 to get the hair that I actually asked for. He offered to give me $23 off bc he messed up but spend $55 more instead of simply changing them out. I understand they don’t do refunds, but that man knew he messed up and did little to nothing to keep a customer. Never going back again!

My last time ever buying a wig from her I brought a 360 frontal wig suppose to be human but it can’t be keep getting tangled up I paid $170.00 for I promise I wouldn’t send nobody here if I could give it a zero my stylist couldn’t even bleach the knots on it I called her she act like she didn’t even care don’t go here !
