Moving is stressful - especially when it's cross country and has to happen in 3 weeks! However, our relocation process, from packing & loading to transport to unpacking and the removal of boxes/paper, was perfect. From start to finish, my coordinators Rose and Teresa made the entire process stress-free for me.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire move. They kept me informed about their arrival time, answered all of my questions promptly, and even gave me a clear estimate of how long the move would take. It was refreshing to work with a company that valued transparency and customer service.

We recently used Chipman Relocation for our move from the Bay Area to Portland. This being my first time hiring a moving service, I combed the web and asked friends for advice. Nobody had a positive moving experience to share.
I am happy to say we have nothing to complain about with Chipman. We worked with Ryan to get a quote, which was guaranteed, something I understand doesn't happen with other companies. He also promised they would earn their 5 star rating, and they did.
Once we signed the contract, Teresa helped us with all of the little details. She was fantastic, cheerful, funny...a true gem. Akiba and his team packed up our house in the Bay and had our belongings moved in two days later. Very friendly, all of them. We were amazed at the efficiency. They saved us a lot of stress and probably some tears too, lol. Everyone at this company is responsive, and communicative. It is very clear this is a team of people that have worked together for a long time and care about the job they do. If I ever have to plan a big move again, I would absolutely use them.

If you or someone you might know is looking to relocate to any city or state, Chipman Relocation Logistics is the only moving company that is up to task of providing exceptional customer service.
Our first phone call to Chipman was greeted by courteous Teresa G, an agent with over 20 years’ experience in the moving business.
Then the real fun begins when the driver Marty H and his loading crew show up. They are all customer service-oriented professionals, with excellent listening communication skills, and are well focused on making sure all our household goods are professionally wrapped and loaded.
The delivery date and time can best be described better than an on-time Airliner arrival and the offloading process is textbook.
It has been a pleasure having hired Chipman Relocation Logistics for our relocation needs.
