Please, for the love of God, just shoot me in the head instead of sending me to this place. Drivers have waited up to 20 hours for their freight and they have no choice but to relieve themselves in the parking lot since WFS won’t allow anyone except employees to use their restroom. The number that their recording say to call for imports has been disconnected. These people obviously don’t want to talk to you. If I were the manager or director of this facility, I should be arrested and jailed... with no restroom.

There is mostly a long waitng time at this Airline. Make sure to bring food or water but not too much since they definitely do not share a restroom for Customers no matter how many hours you stay waiting for your cargo or personal effects. 🌾😓👎

This is the slowest service company in California. Customers or drivers pick up goods for at least 4-20 hours or more, and pick-up gates are very dirty and there is a lot of garbage, because truck drivers wait too long, drivers everywhere All of them are excrement. I feel super nausea and seriously affect the health and safety conditions. The security personnel inside are also not very friendly. They are often bribed by some drivers and ask for big tips.
