Love, the fact that they give away free food. Wish they would let you know when this is happening so you can avoid the place when your regular customer..

Spending $25 on food for almost a 20 minute wait to get your food when the app says it’ll only be a few minutes just plain ridiculous .

Oh, and did we get the free food no

They didn’t give that to mobile orders. Just all the people in the drive-through blocking the traffic lane from you to even get in and the people inside at the counter.

We have always had great service and food at Chic-Fil-a, but this was definitely the best Chic-Fil-a experience we’ve had. Everyone was so kind and attentive- from the ordering counter to the staff walking around.
We never had to ask for anything. Someone was always checking on us and anticipating our needs.
The manager came over to say hello and brought stickers out to our kids after their meals, which was super sweet.
We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Will lie about giving your sauces 100% of the time. Really depressing when you’re on your break from work and can’t run back to get desired sauce. Entire meal is ruined. How do you confirm with me TWICE from TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE stating that my order had 2 chick fil a sauces and I received zero. Great food, but what’s the purpose if I can’t dip 😔 CFA, I want my money back.

There wasn't a long wait. The lady that took our order was polite and had a smile the whole time. She recommended the lemonade. Which, by the way, is great! Didn't take long to get our food. It was fresh and hot. Will definitely be returning

We went through the drive-thru here. There was a very long line. They had people outside to take our order and take her payment to expedite the process and the line actually moved along pretty quickly. As is the case with every Chick-fil-A I have been to, the service is outstanding and the people are extremely polite.

Very disappointed and concerned. I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer forever and have always trusted their quality — but this experience completely changed that.

I ordered two meals about 40 minutes before closing, and the chicken nuggets I received were cold, sticky, smelled strange, and looked gray/pink and undercooked on the inside. It was so disturbing I couldn’t even finish my food. I even felt sick afterward.

I went to the restaurant the very next day, showed the food and photos, and the manager showed little concern — offering only a refund for the nuggets, which did not feel appropriate given the situation.

I also reported the issue to Chick-fil-A corporate over a week ago and was told someone would follow up — no one ever did.

I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and food safety in this case. I hope this location and corporate leadership take this seriously before someone gets seriously sick.

Loved the one location in Valparaiso. Very clean and sandwiches are fresh. And the staff helped me order through my phone. They have a QR code on each table and the food comes to you. Very nice. There is a kiddie corner for the little ones to play too
