Got here at 09:00 to be unloaded. At the time of this review it is 15:30. They finally assigned me a dock but I have been sitting there for a few hours now as well. No respect for driver’s time, and no it’s not busy so that excuse is completely invalid! I will avoid doing any business with this place as a driver from this point on!!!

Side note: there are nails and sharpe pieces of wood everywhere so watch your tires!

The reviews our company saw when we first looked at CHEP had us very skeptical in the beginning, but our experience since we started delivering pallets to CHEP has been great!

Location has one very friendly hard working yard man. Had to ask for his name....it's Kevin.
He directs where to go, goes into shipper gets you a door real quick.
He is so good he can't help going out to make sure you are well served.

Avoid this place because you will be seating at the dock for hours. This are the worst people i have seen.
Been here few hours now and still nothing…. Who knows when they will get the job done.

Checked in 12:20 went in and asked what was taking so long to get loaded at 4pm and they said I was next…currently 5:20 and I’m still waiting FOR A DOOR!!!!!!

Very slow. My appointment was 11: am and now 3 pm they don't even start the trailer. Very bad werhouse. Don't come here guys!

Think again about delivering a load here. Driver had a 9am appt and did not leave the facility until 6:30pm. All the broker (Best Logistics) wants to do is pay $150 for a layover that caused us to miss our next pick up because driver was held there all day. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be stuck there all day.
