I had a horrible experience for loading they parked me in dock 32 on the back side of the building and forgot I was in the dock. Luckily I seen a yard guy and asked if he can radio for me. Later found out they forgot about me in a dock. Type of place so unofficial!! They did that same thing to couple more ppl told they had same experience. Go check if you sitting for 30 mins or more just in case. Got here 1:10 pm check in still sitting 4:24 pm crazy

It's a very nice place, not very difficult to park. I arrived at 2 PM the day before my appointment, and they loaded me up. I was very respectful and let him know, I had an urgent matter to return home also saying id understand if i had to wait for my appointment, and he was very kind gave me a door immediately. Loading did take a while around an 1:30 minutes but not bad.

I followed the green route to Arrive at Company no problems. The blue lines are where people say you can park. It is a piece of dirt with gravel. Not sure if three trucks can park, but for sure two. Check in is the yellow Dot.

Usually quick getting loaded. Scale on site. Staff is pretty laid back, as in friendly, not in the lazy way. Free candy at the check-in window, if you're into eating candy. You can park outside the gate after hours but it's only enough space for maybe 4 trucks tops.

Quick loading process. May take a few minutes to check in but was out in a door instantly. Accurate scale on site. Maybe 2 hours max onsite total for a full trailer load.

Arrived 1 hour before my 4pm appointment. Immediately got a door. There was a guy who checked in at 405 for a 4pm appointment and they loaded him before me. Get it together charms. I should have been loaded before the guy that was late. I talked to the guy in the office about it when I seen what was happening. He looked at me and blatantly said " what do you want me to do about it" and shrugged his shoulders. Finally loaded at 650 pm

Arrived an hour before my appointed time for a drop n hook. Very nice folks there. My load was being loaded, so I dropped my mt and hooked to the load at the door appointed. An hour later I was rolling out. Not much room to maneuver and only a few spaces were open to drop the mt.

So got here 11 min before my appointment and got a door right away. Been sitting here for 2 hrs still haven't started to load. So from start to finish, it took them about 5.5 hrs to load and get paperwork. I have been to worse places and understand that it's hard to get and keep staff.

Other than the wait the staff was nice and ample room to maneuver. They have indoor restrooms. They also have a scale to weigh on once you are loaded. That is what saved them.

Good place to pick up, but very slow to load. I was backed to a door for 4 hours. Also, keep this in mind. They don’t tell you this, so I will. IF they send you to the OTHER side of the building, when you get a green light, you have to drive back around to the shipping office to get the our BOL’s. They didn’t tell me this and I wasted 30 minutes waiting for them to bring my paperwork out.
