These people will take your hard earned money. They fine $250 for non tracking. We had a local driver pick up their load up and then had a OTR take the load to delivery within hours of picking up. The OTR driver accepted the tracking but the local driver didn't. They stole $250 from us due to local driver not accepting tracking. We emailed updates and the OTR driver was tracking. Just another shitty broker that takes your hard earned money. We will not be using them anymore. They will pay for their misdeeds when things turn around.

Horrendous customer service for carriers. Made several phone calls and emails to resolve tracking issues. Absolutely zero response.
In the age of new AI technology, these companies can invest in some backend support to service small carriers but they refuse and carriers/drivers suffer as a result. I wouldn’t book another load with this brokerage.

These guys short pay constantly and use different excuses. Short paid our invoice $250 because the load didn't track for 1 hour. Not worth working with.

We did a load for them from FL to GA, and we got charged 250$ for non tracking, but we gave them updates when the load was picked up and delivered and we also offered our samsara link and we asked them to inform us if their tracking is not working, but they just waited to fine us 250$.

I have worked with Chariot for almost 2 years now. Never had any issues with our loads. I have built a great rapport with the staff especially Sandy, Amy and Aubrey. They are always eager to assist. They do their best to keep my guys on the road and keep me informed at all times. I appreciate both offices for their assistance. Chariot is awesome!!! Give them a try you won’t regret it.

I wanna give 0 stars here. They are a fraud. They give you load and then deduct money from it and poor carrier cannot do anything about it. Everyone must avoid working with this bullshit.

I worked for Chariot for four years, so you can take my review with a grain of salt.

The staff at Chariot is amazing. Trevecca, Scott, Sandy, Aubrey, Kibrom, Willa, Bailey….theyre all rockstars who deserve more than what they get at Chariot.

Leadership lacks integrity - and to me integrity is everything. They’ll lie to the brokers when times are tough and freeze bonuses while paying their AEs bonuses. They’ll tell everyone sacrifices have to be made while the owner books a $5000 duck hunting trip. When we try to do right by carriers in the name of doing what’s right or building a relationship with them, we’re cut off at the pass and told “the carrier doesn’t give you your paycheck”.

Brokers are discarded like yesterday’s news, while the owner demands complete loyalty to him and the company. It’s a one-way street.

At the end of June, every broker on the floor was laid off. They laid off their overseas tracking staff, they laid off one LC/AE, and their VP of Finance. They kept one team lead, the ops manager, the ops director, three AEs, and whatever position the owner’s brother had at the time.

There was no talk of loyalty to us. There was no talk of if or when we would be brought back. There was simply “we can’t afford to keep you around. Our customers won’t pay enough, and truckers are making too much money”.
