Silas helped us to rent a hospital bed next day. Tara and Silas dropped off the bed themselves, set it up, showed us how to use it, and were out the door in 15 minutes! Kind folks who genuinely care about the people they’re helping with their products. Will be going here for all future needs 🙂

We also called about a suction and Silas gave the helpful recommendation to get a prescription so it would be covered by insurance, even though they didn’t have the product and we’d have to get it elsewhere!

I broke my ankle and cfs came through for me! Silas helped me with choosing the right back cushion when I let him know I will have to work from home in bed and Tara helped me choose all the things I needed like ice packs, bed side table, and a shower chair. They have awesome customer service and delivery. My first time breaking a bone and they made the process so easy for me. 5 star service for sure!
