Drivers delivered a 400lb item to my driveway unannounced and unscheduled. Did not bother knocking on door or ask for signature. I ran out and asked them the help move into garage. They said ok and just left. That is beyond disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any delivery company. They scheduled my delivery for a certain day and then tried to deliver it a week early when somebody has to be there to sign for it. The woman in the logistics center could have done a way better job letting me know that they planned to deliver it a week early because there was no notice until my gate called me to let me know they were there and I was at work an hour away. I asked them to bring it on the day. It was scheduled for because that is the day I had scheduled to takeoff work to take the delivery. When the day came to deliver it, I had to call them multiple times to make sure it was still coming. It was extremely late and they could not even give me an eight hour window on when it was expected. When it did get here, the driver was extremely nice. I hope Amazon rethink using this company because their logistics center is very poorly run. What a joke

This has been the worst experience I've ever dealt with when it comes to a product delivery. They're impossible to get in touch with. There toll free customer service told me I would have to contact the local office and gave me the number to this facility. When attempting to call the phone rings, picks up, automated voice "thanks for calling Ceva" them music starts playing and then the phone call disconnects after 30 seconds. I've attempted to email, call and even reach out to other facilities and they can't get in touch with them either.

Truly unprofessional. It makes you feel like the company itself is a scam.

If I ever have to deal with this company again, I'll just cancel my order instead. Absolutely ridiculous.

There was a hiccup and CEVA missed a scheduled Monday delivery. We're out of their local zone which likely caused the miss. But they called to apologize and to reschedule delivery. The truck came today with a very nice, friendly driver. He did exactly as promised with threshold delivery and all went well.

The absolute WORST delivery (or should I say lack of delivery) experience I’ve ever had. They were supposed to deliver a table from Overstock. After multiple emails and calls and illogical tracking updates on their website, I got a call saying my item was on their truck and would arrive that day. Never showed up. Then it was scheduled for 2 days later. Again, nothing, and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I contacted Overstock and canceled the purchase. Two days later they show up, unannounced, with the item. I refused to accept it. Unbelievably incompetent and disorganized company!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting since Friday for a delivery of furniture that was ordered through Amazon. They are impossible to get through to and when you do get through they lie to you saying that the item will be delivered the next day. It is now Wednesday and still no delivery. I am contacting the better business bureau.

Worst delivery company I ever dealt with. It takes forever to get someone on the phone and when you get someone, they have no answer to your questions. Costco should not use this delivery company ever… it makes Costco look bad as well. Placed order on July 26th and it was supposed to be delivered on August 2nd. August 14th still no delivery or an ETA

Went to pick up a load ,got there about 4 hours before appointment time dropped my empty at the dock and my load was ready
Friendly people there ..I asked about their hours since it wasn't posted she said 6:30 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.
There are many businesses there and other drivers seem to think it's a interstate... flying through it.
