Friendly, clean, safe, ample parking beneath the two buildings. Minimum rate for parking, $10. No validation/credit offered from businesses located here. An interesting nest of newly established, modern design high rise buildings. The vista and angles of the buildings sharing the sky make for creative and inspired photograph opportunities. More buildings are presently being constructed. Mostly NO PARKING on the wide streets. Will be interesting to see how deserted the place seems after dark. California Rehab Institute is occupied around the clock.

Phone number is for building management not for the medical office. David B who replied to other reviews is a real peach. Don't bother calling. If his attitude is indicative of how he treats his tenents, I would avoid going through this management company.
