ABSOLUTELY USELESS!
My order has been sitting at their terminal for a week waiting for an appointment. No one has called. You can't call the terminal directly. When you call customer service, Bevis, or maybe it's Butthead, tells me I'll have to call back because no one at the terminal is picking up.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to speak with. They are rude and will refuse to give info about your shipments and will then refuse to let you speak with a supervisor. They are notorious for lying about orders. I highly recommend using another carrier. Yes they are cheap, but not worth the hassle and continuous unresolved problems

Customer service is terrible. I have been trying to get my merchandise picked up and drivers wont call you and they don’t go out of their way to call or even look for what they’re supposed to pick up. Wouldn’t recommend them at all!
