Alice and her crew have been real life savers. I live in China and had to ship a bunch of my stuff back to California for my family. The guys at CSFS took care of everything for me, including getting the unit set up, coordinating entry with the movers, answering all of my questions right away, and just generally being the nicest people on earth :-). And, when I was ready to have everything removed and the unit shut down, they recommended a local disposal company and helped to coordinate that part of the job as well, all while I was literally 6,000 miles away. This is what a business should be. Keep up the amazing work, guys!

Clean, safe, well-designed storage facility with wonderfully helpful staff. Alice made my storage process easy and was able to smoothly change my unit when I needed more space. Everything here is so well thought out, from the keypad gates to the wide hallways, big elevators and freely available carts. Will definitely use again!

This place is a maze!! The map on 3rd floor is upside down so you end up down hallways in wrong direction.
