I only gave it a four star because those damn locks don't wanna work ever. BUT, it is the OG of Karns as far as I know before they started popping up like plauges every few miles. Almost as bad as car washes. But, this place is super convenient to where I live and is a clean and secure location.

Great little storage facility. Well taken care of. Be wary of the keypads though, they set back pretty far, and can be door dingers to reach. Definitely recommended.

Do not bring your business here, lack of professionalism, extremely poor service, horribly pompous and standoffish attitude and crooked as it gets. They wouldn't even refund a senior citizen with no capabilities of moving her belongings into this place due to her physical limits and she only paid and signed papers a few days prior. Spend elsewhere.

Prices vary on storage size. Reasonable rates. Great sercurty and up date on processing credit payments online. Employees are polite and nice. Storeage Buildings are well kept and have climate control. Very clean great location.

Just moved out and hope our items don't have bugs or mice. The door didn't seal well to the point that wind blew leaves and grass inside. They just had the blacktop redone and closed for 3 days. No notification and no access to my items in storage. Bad business!
