A good size specialized pet store, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff and lots of pet everything - please see the pictures. I spoke to Kevin and he was very happy to assist and knowledgeable - pleasure to talk to. Doggie self-wash is available, also there's a kiosk to make pet IDs on the spot.

This past month I have been to this location 3 times. The first 2 times I found what I needed and found the cash register unmanned. I waited and waited and nobody came, so I left! Today I went in for a sale on my cat’s food. There was a cashier this time but she was very rude and unprofessional. I was just trying to get clarity regarding the sale being applied to my purchase. She mistakenly took this as me becoming upset and became very frustrated with me. She made several snarky comments to me about “not wanting to ruffle my feathers”. As I was entering my payment she started complaining to the security guard about how she couldn’t wait to leave. Right in front of me. I get it, you work at a pet store but seriously, if you’re that miserable find something else. I shouldn’t be a part of your bad day as a paying customer. The location on Bundy leads a masterclass in customer service every single visit. I’m never going back to the Pico location.

The staff is beyond helpful. My cat has subsided her stomach issues in lieu of their recommendations. In the 12 years I've enjoyed my cat's company, never has she appeared this tranquil. One thousand stars 🙏🏼✨

Savana was very patient and knowledgeable about dog and cat products which was great because instead of leaving my supplements for only my dog I caved and bought food and toys for my cat as well. Store was very organized and clean, bathrooms available and not too busy at 11am

If you lose your “punch card” for the dog washes they “can’t do anything about it”. 1 star for their archaic system which relies on you keeping tabs on a flimsy business card sized piece of paper. Everything in the store is also over priced by 20-30%.

They are more focused on making money than anything else.

Staffs are all friendly, the park lot is wide enough I think. They carry almost all of people need including medicines. If you join the membership, they’ll send you mails for the short term discount sale events.

Super convenient. Friendly staff. Has a diy dog wash station that my Doberman mix is only mildly afraid of 🤣. Bonus: they carry chicken feed!
