Do not use this storage facility!! They are NOT monitored at all and you are NOT able to contact ANYONE at all for any emergency or anything once you rent the unit!! Horrible business practices.

I tried to rent a storage unit and booked everything online. I even got a call from them to ensure all my documentation was in place. The next day when I tried to store things, the unit had a lock on it already. I called their customer line twice, spoke to individuals that’s said would call me back and never heard back from anyone. I even emailed them. I would stay away from this place.

Ive been handing the storage payment for my dad for about 3 years and I will say they have the best communication skills I have ever dealt with. With my dad being disabled and in and out of the hospital can become stressful and it seems I forget about things and they have always been extremely nice and understanding. If I could change anything it would be that they owned everything I paid bills for. Wonderful people wonderful customer service!!
