Update- after a second delivery from this same carrier, we received excellent service with these guys. On 6/12/24 . We received a bed from wayfair that was molded and the driver suggested we decline to accept, and made sure we saw the damage first hand.

This has to be the most unprofessional company I've ever had a delivery from. Not to include, they are absolutely horrible about answering or returning calls. 6/5/24 I had an 8t" TV delivered by them and along with this statement I have video proof that the delivery driver and helper mishandled my $2000 dollar tv so bad on camera , bad enough that the whole screen of my new TV was shattered as soon as we unboxed it. They literally dropped it instead on setting it down and then shoved it over against our garage wall and said, whoops not my problem now. And left in their delivery van, I want to see these two workers punished for having 0 work ethics or care about customers products

These people were amazing! We had a home fire back in a January and had to replace a lot of furniture. I ordered from Wayfair and they used this service to deliver our items. When our move in date was pushed back, they were so awesome and held our items until we needed them. Delivery was speedy, professional, and went way above and beyond. I 100% recommend them. Nicest delivery people you will ever have.

Scheduled a delivery that required a signature. My son took off work to be available to sign. The package was not delivered and we did not receive a courteous call that it would not be delivered. As this was a Friday and after 6 before we realized the package was not coming, we were unable to reach anyone until Monday morning. Cavalier staff stated that there was a mix up with the delivery date. I spoke with them twice about this delivery before my son took off from work. Now, I do not trust them and they will not agree to deliver after 6PM or on the weekend when my son is home. A courtesy call letting me know that he did not need to take off from work was all that I would have needed. Very poor service and communication. Since they are a third party utilized by Pilot I hope Pilot can solve this dilemma for me.

The WORST experience! Called me alerting me they were 30 minutes out. Left work in a rush to meet them, and an hour and a half call them back asking for status. Was told they had a flat and I needed to call the office to reschedule the next day. Next day, received delivery of two large mirrors. They refused to remove boxes, refused to put it in a side room (rather than against a post in the entrance.) Had the audacity to ask me to sign a document stating they 1) put it in the room I requested 2) uncrated it 3) was able to inspect the product. When I asked him about it, the driver shrugged and to just sign it stating I received it. When I shared I was upset with the entire experience he shrugged. ZERO customer service.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. Cavalier is the local delivery company Wayfair uses to delivery larger furniture items out in this area. I would never choose to use this company on my own. They do not answer their phone, voicemail is always full, and they do not respond to emails. When you do finally get a hold of them, they tell you that the majority of their employees/drivers have quit and that there is nothing they can do about it. I have been waiting for them to deliver a dresser for over a week now. This is the third time I have had to use them for an online order, and this happens every single time.

This is an update of my prior review (yesterday) that bemoaned the lack of personal communication about shipping dates and delays. To their credit, management did reschedule us with our delivery - expected to arrive 3 days late - but they listened and responded - and we appreciate it.
