Went to pickup a load, eventhough I was about an hour early to my appointment they assigned me a dock right away. Load me about in 1 hour. Enough room to dock. Their driver lounge us locked though and no portable potty available as well.

I typically don’t write reviews but given the recent circumstances I am writing a review for CASSIL FRIEGHT INC in Fairfield CA. I was scheduled to pick up a load on 7/28 from Fairfield CA. I drove 70+miles to pick up this load. Due to traffic I was 2minutes late to the pick up location. I was refused service due to arriving 2minutes late. Given the circumstances I was in I wish the location would have considered loading. Not only they refused they told me to leave the property. No matter how polite/friendly you are to others no one takes that into consideration and instead they talk to you in a manner that they are superior to you. Just a little reminder to all those struggling just like I have with certain facilities. We are all equal no one is superior and should not act like a superior.
