This is not my first time dealing with Carter Express and as always very nice experience, easy to find and easy to put the truck on the dock due to a lot of space, receiving lady was polite and nice and immediately got a dock, unloaded within 30 minutes
No overnight parking i guess , and it’s a one-way facility all the way around

I wouldn’t have even given one star. Need a good screwing before the Holidays? Apply at Carter Express! They’ll sure put it to you, at your expense. Placed one of their drivers on safety leave in October, it was well over a month before Short Term was even started. Finally getting his medical condition under control, which by the way was NOT a preexisting condition. Here we are right before Christmas, still not back to work; getting short term, but having to give medical updates every week, so the payments are off. As per “company policy” he’s been terminated, and now has no health insurance, and one of his life sustaining medications is $600. Top notch driver appreciation.

Would not recommend them to No driver. They have done my son wrong. Put him on medical leave in October had him do some test took them a month to get his short term started . Cut his disability off terminated him right here at Christmas. And now he can't get his meds that is life threatening medication that he needs great company to work for if you want a good screwing . And he has 2 children. Way to go Carter. And he was a good employee and excellent driver.

Arrive for a pickup was in a dock within 10 minutes loaded within the next 20 to 25 minutes and was gone within 40 to 50 minutes staff very nice

You need to do something about your drivers. They are very dangerous with their driving habits. Giving your company a very bad name. I have videos if you are concerned..
