The service here is excellent. We arrived frazzled and in a hurry. The young man behind the counter was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Cardiff Postal truly saved the day for me. After missing the post office by 10 minutes, I remembered I had visited this place one other time. When I googled and saw how late they were open, I headed straight there.

Not only did someone see me struggling to carry in the box I had to mail, plus my infant in her car seat and help me get everything in, but the two gentleman working were so kind and informative with helping me make sure my package was getting delivered on time.

It was just an easy process with very kind people. I will definitely use them first with any kind of mailing needs I have in the future.

Cardiff Postal is #1 in Katy for my shipping needs. The staff is super friendly and always helps out. They are much better and quicker than the UPS stores around here. Highly recommended!

Sent a FedEx international shipment through Cardiff postal in Nov 2024. The shipment was delayed 4 days past the due date committed hence I requested a requested a refund from FedEx, and a refund was credited on Dec 13, 2024, to the FedEx account of Cardiff postal. I have been following up since then and till date haven’t received the refund. EJ the manger at Cardiff postal is hardly ever available to respond. I had to call and visit the store in person many times. Though EJ committed that the refund amount will be paid back, it’s been months and nothing is been done. I called FedEx personally and they informed that on Dec 13, 2024 a refund was credited to account with the number that Cardiff postal holds.

The owner and every person who works here has been exceedingly kind and helpful. It’s rare to have such a pleasant experience at any store these days. I always take my business to Cardiff. The offer USPS drop off and all different shipping options. Definitely recommend!
