The customer service was great! I made a mistake and didn't realize I needed to call my order in ahead of time. In Feb. 2024 I ordered a new fence/gate. Weakley Co Fence is the company that placed the order for me to CAPITOL WHOLESALE FENCE bc they said this is who made it years ago. It's mid July and CAPITOL WHOLESALE FENCE refused to accept the corrected order by WCF. CAPITOL WHOLESALE FENCE told WCF it will go into the back of the queue. Not first-- to make it right. 4 times they sent the wrong fence. Never use this company also bc I had to pay before they would order.

In a bind to get job done i called Capital Wholesale... They put me on the phone with a man named Dewayne. Never have i experienced his level of professional nor have I been catered to the way he did, making sure the extra mile was taken until i had exactly what i needed. I perfect example of how customer service should be done. Capitol Wholesale has an assest many businesses never get to experience... He was very knowledgeable of the materials on hand, turn around times, pricing, and making sure that all requests/needs were met to my expectations. I’ve used this place multiple times now and can officially say that they are terrible at customer service. Very poor communication when I try to come pick up orders. Recently came to pick up an order and a guy (massless during peak pandemic) pulls up to my truck with items on a fork lift and then just stops it and drops his hands... ok I guess I’ll load all this myself.
Came back the next day or a few parts. Different guy, still maskless (peak pandemic), without saying a word as I’m sitting in my truck seat frantically masking up, realizing he’s not going to drop it in my truck bed ... hands it to me as I open my truck door reluctantly (window doesn’t work) literally zero words used.

Wish this place didn’t have a monopoly on certain chain link fence stuff. They know it and act like it.
