I use both the water sensors and temperature sensors. They've worked very well and give me a lot of peace of mind. In particular, one of the water sensors alerted me to a sewer line backup before it caused any damage.

Good temperature monitoring. Just does what it should. Reliable and consistent. Have been using a number of these in and outside of the property for temperature monitoring (both ambient and water). Great to see other solutions too - like movement, light and also automation integration. Only thing I have had to do was replace batteries. Support has always been good too.

This is my second Smart Home System, and after a lot of research, I decided to use Wirelesstag as my preferred sensor.
My previous system was Z-Wave based. When we moved from Europe to the US, I had to leave the whole thing behind and lost a big investment.
The tags are easy to use and work well with my Nest Thermostat, Wemo Outlets, and IFTTT Applets.
I like that I can avoid heating unused rooms, then turn on a command to preheat a room to a set temperature during a certain time of the day (such as the master bath to 73F during 6.00-7.00am).
The mailbox is across the street and the tag lets me know when my postal carrier has delivered the mail and the outdoor temperature and humidity.

I have placed two orders. The first order arrived very quickly. The second order I had to contact them after 1 week and ask the status of the order, then it arrived quickly.

I have used these tags for years (like a decade or more) both at home and at work to monitor freezers and refrigerators. The work great and can be set to notify you of problems (text, email, the app, etc.). We even use them to monitor our ultralow cryogenic freezers using the outdoor monitors with a thermalcouple. It's also nice to be able to go online or open the app and see the actual temperature right now in your fridges/freezers.

Two notes, 1) if you use the tags in a freezer, the battery will not last very long (several months, not a year or two). It's just the physical chemistry of the batteries. 2) and this is true of all monitoring systems, you need to check in on it fairly regularly (to make sure the sensors are still connected and the batteries aren't dead). The system can be set to alert you of problems, but ultimately, checking to make sure the systems is working like you think is should is just a good practice.

I have been using the sensor tags for years to monitor warehouse and 7 commercial coolers. I keep 9 tags operating on average with 6 tag managers. The system works great when it is all up and running. I have not found anything comparable or better for my needs. I plan to stick with this company, as their hardware is solid, customer service responds quickly, and they have been around for many years. Very happy to have found them
