warning to new drivers stay far away from here if you have no experience you will be put into a small pick up truck to do medicocre pickups around houston. you’re barley given the correct equipment and be warned the dispatchers are not on your side tiffany and derrick are some of the most incompetent dispatchers i’ve ever met when working here you will be constantly sent on runs with no real information what your picking up or inaccurate information or sometimes even the wrong address. And believe me you will be blamed for their mistakes and don’t get me started on the piss poor pay and lack of communication from managers and dispatch, you will work close to 13-14 hour shifts be forced to pay for your own hotel at times for a measly 700 a week not worth working here at all unless you already have experience to drive the tankers only way to make money here is driving those.

As a Seasoned Trucker, I would have to say Cannonball is the place to be, from the Excellent Pay to the Great staff that don't harass U to the down to earth Owners ... I can say, I should've been here!
To the Truckers that's reading this & want a Great Versatile company ( Tank, Flat, Dry van ... Etc.) Come work for Cannonball, you'll be glad U did !!

At Cannonball I found a home, leaving the Military was not easy, but working at cannonball is equally satisfying, great management that understands individual needs, professional dispatchers that are well knowledgeable, and having a retired SGM to work with is the icing on the cake. I will recommend this place to all especially my military colleagues.
