On Monday, my appointment was at 13:00, but my product was ready. I got to the door at 10:40 and was out probably after 30-40 minutes. I showed the way I got there in the attached picture. There was a sign saying 'no trucks' on the bridge above the highway, but I drove there because I had no idea if there were any other roads.

This is my 3rd time here and each visit is always as pleasant as the last which means the first visit was impressive. Nothing but wonderful people doing a great job. P.S. the only nails you'll find is when you go downtown for acupuncture treatments.

They say they take 30min lunch break. They come back after 45min with a very disrespectful attitude. They drive the fork lift aggressively. Now, this is one person that doesn't mean that all the team is like that but I believe that this kind of behaviors need to be addressed by supervisor. They need to have respect towards truck drivers and their time. And also, yard is full of nails, be careful not to get flat tire as they cost a lot of money and time to replace.

On 1/24/22 Appt was at 12 Arrived one hr early. Backed in door 41 @ 11:45. Lunch time about to begin. Loader wanted to take break but Guy loaded quickly. Done by 12:15. Thank you. I wish all warehouses work like this.
Kind tight cuz too many trailer. Just local driver should show some patience. My truck and trailer are brand new.

Everybody super nice people. Fast load time in and out 27 min. Backing in for a rookie might take some time but is doable. Thank you all for loading quickly. Keep up the hard work need alot more shippers like this.

They got me loaded fairly quickly. Call for directions as this route to get their appears to be truck restricted but is not for their address. Also the yard can be very tight for backing due to all the containers and chassis.
