Just went in to turn on my water after buying a house. I didn't have a printer but the lady said I could email my grant deed to her and she could print it out. Overall was helpful and easy set up with very little wait time.

Everyone was very friendly. Took it down a little because one lady was pretty much a rude ass. There were a few Hispanic, whites and an Asian lady. The one black lady was kinda snappy and acted like she was all that and a bag of chips. Overall was good

I wonder how Mr Robert Stockwell would feel if a grown man stepped up to him chest to chest. I wonder if he would have a nice little smug look on his face. The city manager is a complete out of line and out of control individual that likes to use tactics like intimidation. Beware when coming to this uncompleted failed city. There are uncompleted failed people still running it. Tyrants that suck of the bottom and the top and everything in between.

Horrible service. If you don't like your job, consider getting a new one. It isn't necessary to be rude.
