Big Noo to this place, one of worst shipping department. Rude and no sense to talk.. few days ago i went to get the load and i had pretty much new trailer they still rejected me, keep telling me that trailer is not according to their standard and they won’t load. I used blower to blow all the dust and debris still got rejected. Do not waste your time to go there.

Terrible people saying your trailer is not clean I went twice to ask please just check once if it’s not clean I will leave but they keep saying bring another one.The guy in office so rude and angry. They don’t respect and value drivers.

😁 Very pleasant experience, easy check in , slide tandems to rear and make sure trailer is clean of any debris, very friendly , my appointment was at 12 noon and I arrived at 8 am and was assigned a door immediately. No overnight parking available. I look forward to coming here again 👍🏻

Wish I can give them -ve star..
They don't actually respect or value the time of truckers..
Docked here at 0900AM.. they don't mind getting u docked.. butz will take their own time to get the trailer loaded..
Lift truck driver has no problem to get us going, but the management,, I contacted my broker, they took can't do anything..
It's 1330Hrs and I am still waiting to get loaded..
Went into the office, they were" oh, we have 2 hours after your appointment time to get u going". I was the only truck docked since 9AM..

Management.. please respect and value our time, we have miles to go..

Your small help will make our day..

I will try not to come back here again..

Good spot to load. They require an appointment so respect their process and you’ll be in and out in reasonable time. Pro tip, make sure that your trailer is swept out or they may not load you.

Not bad, reasonable unload time. Can't speak for loading - I just deliver here. It's not the worst I've experienced in my career. Have your numbers and papers in order BEFORE you go check in. Don't tap on the window, don't have attitude, be respectful even if they aren't. 🤷‍♂️ Yeah, I know.

Im here a few times a week. Easy in, easy out. Check in lady is nice. Can sometimes be a lil slow to load. Most times I'm in and out in under 2hrs. You can check in early but doesn't mean you'll be loaded early.

Ehh it’s one of those places where they can be very special if they want to. They did take long for them not to have anyone else on the docks but me
