Was in the area needing a cable that was difficult to find. Called several places and they said I'd never find it close to my location. They were wrong. This place had it, at a very good price. Did an online order with curbside p/u. Not only did I get my cable, I got a swag pack gift too which contained a bunch of stuff including an insulated tumbler. Definitely will order again.

The online experience has been terrible. I placed an order on Friday February 23rd and pay for it with my credit card. I get a call the following Monday to say the payment didn’t go through. I sent proof of the order number as well as debit of my account. The following day the accounting team insists on a wire after cancelling the credit card payment-after it had cleared. I sent the wire and they don’t acknowledge payment after a day. Then when asked about these weird moves the accounting team is unreachable after several attempts at getting in touch w them over several days.lack of operational smoothness. It is now Wednesday ie 6 days later and I haven’t received my shipment or any indication as to when it’s going to ship

I purchased a Cisco Switch form C&K around Dec. of last year. It blew, I suspect because of a power loss, yesterday. As that is my main switch, I'm dead-in-the-water without it. I called them yesterday either late morning or early afternoon, and they pointed me to their RMA page. I filled out the form, sent it back and called 1/2 hour later. They noted that I was down, checked their inventory, found they did NOT have a replacement in stock and then said to give them 1/2 hour. 30 minutes later I wa informed that they were shipping my replacement from a local distribution point. It is due to arrive here today.
In 27 years of IT, I HAVE NEVER HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LEVEL!.
So far EVERY experience I have had with them has been better than the previous. They also bailed me out on a UPS issue a few months ago.
One word - EXCELLENT!! (There are not enough exclamation points to emphasize that.)

What a great place to do business with. When you walk in the door to pick up an order you have 5 people that jump to see what you need and if your order isn’t waiting for you when you walk in they’ll bring it out ASAP and even carry and load it all into your truck/car. Ive used their site as well for orders and never had any issues there either.
