They have exhibited poor communication on multiple occasions and delayed service. They gave a three-hour window for delivery and failed to hit it. That's difficult when I rearranged my week to fit their window.
When I called the office for an update at 4:40pm, it must have been too close to closing time for them to answer though their truck was still out.
And we've still not gotten the delivery. Really discouraging. Wouldn't recommend this company.

Updated from one star to three after (late) delivery. The delivery guys were really kind and professional.

To the driver in the gray cab (day cab, if I’m not mistaken? 🤔 It was hard to see while driving away as he was in the turning lane, turning north) with longer brown hair wearing a ball cap who followed me so closely I could barely see above his headlights on 18W today (5/7/24), around 16:20hr, sorry that I must’ve been going too slow for you at 45mph, but I was having trouble with GPS while trying to make it to my destination, but your middle finger wasn’t necessary and is really unprofessional and unbecoming to the company you work for. Glad you made it to your destination though, because I watched you turn into this driveway from my side mirror and when I came back through, the semi was backed up to the building and parked. Consider what might be happening in others’ lives before you react so impulsively—especially when you’re behind the wheel of a semi.

CW has been our go to for receiving and delivery for years now. Yesterday, we had a very challenging installation of a mirror. Steve and Brandon were so professional and did an amazing job.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention Rob and Eric who have assisted Baker through many installations and deliveries. CW is so lucky to have such a professional and good team. I can't say enough about Deb who helps with all of the challenges we have from time to time. Scott is always willing to find a way to get me the help I need. In a time where good help is hard to find, this team deserves the kudos!

Bob, and I think it was Scott, were consummate professionals when they delivered our furniture on Friday. They made no mess, made sure the furniture was in good order once it was placed and even positioned it in the room according to a plan from the furniture shop. They were very friendly and polite and made sure we were happy with the furniture before they left. It was probably one of the best delivery experiences we have ever had. Thank you!

I would give this trash company 0 stars if possible. They will not work with you on timeframes at all. They’ve blamed the seller on multiple occasions when they’ve missed our windows of availability. WHICH HAS BEEN MULTIPLE TIMES… I truly can’t understand how this company could’ve fumbled so much after our communication. AVOID CW DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS

The office staff and drivers are always extremely courteous and professional. They move items with great care but at a very efficient pace. I would recommend CW for all your receiving, storage and white glove delivery needs.

My movers could not get my LAZYBOY couch in my new home. LAZYBOY suggested I contact their delivery company for help. Spoke to the owner, Dan Wilde, and he couldn't have been nicer. He sincerely said he wanted to help me and sent two of his guys out within a couple days. The couch was a monster, but THEY DID IT. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.

Good company, I had a good experience with them and overall I am satisfied. I would not hesitate to use them again and think anyone doing business with them should have the same outcome that I did.
