I could not have been more pleased with C&R Movers. We hired them for a local move between two locations that were not far apart, so the loading and unloading happened within a few hours of each other. They were timely, courteous, and responsible. They took better care of our things than I did and worked hard to make sure they met time. In fact, their work ethic alone was impressive, and speaks highly of the company and the team that was sent to support our move. Thank you so much!

Edit: I wish I didn't have to change my review like this, but this company left me in the lurch for no good reason. I was moving again, and wanted to use the same company, so I called two months in advance. At that time I was told that they didn't start taking reservations until two weeks before the move date. I submitted a request online about three weeks before I wanted to move, and did not hear back from them. I continued to update the request, and message/call the company. Given that I had started so far in advance, I (foolishly) assumed that there was only a communication problem. With one week before my "must move" date, after calling many times, I was told they couldn't move me until the following week. Now I'm scrambling to find movers. I was basically punished for customer loyalty, and it is unfortunate.

Three of the kindest men came over to my house from C&J Movers this morning and unpacked all my items in the time alloted. They were amazing within three hours they had unpacked a 26' moving truck which had been fully packed, include many heavy items. They were all very courteous and took great care as to how they handled my items and where they were setting the items down. If I ever move again I will only be using C&J! Please give them your business, you won't be disappointed!!

I purchased a gun safe from a local store and contacted C&R Movers about delivering it to my residence and placing in selected room. I called for a quote and then completed the required steps with my home computer. The moving team showed up on time, were courtesy and professional and completed the move without any issue. I was very pleased and HIGHLY RECOMMEND C&R Movers!!!!

When speaking with this company 2 weeks ago I was told I couldn’t schedule an appointment more than 3 weeks out. I was told to call back and at a closer date. I called them back with a little more than 3 weeks notice as requested as well as sent a booking request as they previously instructed me to do. I received a return call from a very polite lady telling me the date had been reserved. I would be very hesitant booking from a company that doesn’t honor there previous comments and instructions. Either the person on the phone the other day wasn’t aware they could book me at that time or I was given the run around.Hope other find this helpful but don’t count on them as I did.

I needed some furniture moved within my home. C & R quoted me a reasonable price. They sent out 2 employees almost immediately. They were pleasant and professional. Had a great experience with C & R. Would highly recommend.

I have never hired movers before. Do I was clueless as to how all this works. I called 6-8 moving companies in Montgomery and they were the cheapest by a LANDSLIDE. That’s first off. Secondly the owner Chris spoke to me on the phone and answered my questions but after that it was tricky to get him to return my calls or texts in the same day. Ore communication on procedures and when to expect emails and confirmations and a deposit would have been helpful if dealing with a new clueless person like myself but it still was fine. Then the movers: first: they were so punctual they were too punctual by about 30 minutes! Lol. That was awesome. Secondly DEVON was amazing. As far as customer service... super friendly and nice and I needed that. I was super stressed. DEVON is a priceless employee from what I saw. 3: BOTH Devon and Alex were SUPER FAST! very very careful with my things also but so fast! This company and these guys are not trying to ride the clock and charge you any more than you neeed to pay. Bottom line, INTEGRITY. From Chris and the movers. Just integrity all around. Alex was quiet but a very very hard worker too. Do to end the review; I am a tough one when it comes to customer service and I could not be more impressed with these guys and I will never use anyone else to move me, asking as I’m in Montgomery. My only suggestion would be from the Administrative side... if someone is not using the web sight to book and doesn’t know the routine... be a tad more communicative and call back sooner. But it all worked out and this , from a customers standpoint is a great company. With Integrity and not trying to rip you off. That’s huge.
