I was getting on the bypass on Tuesday and a white GMC was pulled to the side half in the gravel. He took off spinning to stay ahead of me and slung a rock and broke my wind shield. I got his attention and he stopped, I told him what had happened and he said it a road hazard. I would think a little more consideration would be better, I wasn't the one spinning and slinging rocks. Just saying. The truck had a C J Horner plate on the front that I saw after he stopped. Great job advertising.
