Had a 12:00 p.m. pickup, got here 11:15 a.m., and it’s now 12:16 p.m.—still waiting. Total mess inside and out. Trucks are parked all over the street, and the whole place is just disorganized. They really need to get it together.
Update
Checked in at 12:45, didn’t get loaded until 21:40—way too long for this pickup. First time this happened, but still not worth waiting that long for just $250 extra.

Not a bad experience, got a door quickly. Most of the workers were friendly and got a smile on their face. I was here on time so I can not comment on what happens if your early. They do love a paper trail, I had to give them my info 3 times. No problem moving around, plenty of room.

They are APPOINTMENTS ONLY.. you can arrive 15 minutes before your appointment
Parking on street.. and yes it is VERY TIGHT for a road truck to back into the dock.. THIS is one place G.O.A.L. Is VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED

Bad behavior from guard (young lady) at entrance, she is very rude and if you say pardon or excuse me for tell again, she talk badly and louder.

This place is very tight not a lot of room to manuver. Only allowed to check in 15 mins early only place to wait is on the street with no parking signs. Tricky getting to Goodson Rd don’t miss your turn.

Drop and hook turned into a live load. Spent 6 hours getting loaded. The employees are nice and apologetic for wait time. This is a very busy warehouse. So, I get it. I rated it a four because of their professionalism and communication.

OTR: M-F, 7a-5p. Must follow appointment time. Cannot check-in no more than 15 minutes early / before appointment. Have a good load number. No overnight parking onsite. No parking on the side road in front. Clean bathrooms are available. Very tight maneuvering. Busy location. Slow load / unload.
CAT Scale nearby, at Fairburn Travel Center.
