Waiting at the gate to connect the driver with an agent is a b.ll.s.t. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to answer. And guess what? There was more than 10 other trucks waiting behind me. Imagine if each one of them takes 30 minutes as well! It’ll be a hell for the last ones. They really need to do something about it.

I had a great live unload experience from check in to the check out, arrived 7:30 for a 8:00 appointment, i dropped the paperwork work to the lady at door 132, by 8:20 i was out of the facility
Everyone was super friendly and nice starting from the guy in the security shack to the yard mover to the lady that handle your paperwork

Your treated like crap they make fun of you for your disabilitys an issues. They remove your accommodations, They'll eventually force you on an LOA an refuse to let you go back. An send you emails not ment for you.

Worst experience. On 01/11/24 at 4pm. Arrive early, parked where I was told to park. Entered into the driver entrance. This was my first time using relay. I stood at the window for over 30 mins. The lady was to busy playing a game on her computer. Two other contractors asked her to assist me and her put her hand up and ignored us. Then issues with the load not matching up. This has caused me to run over an hour late. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Saw all the negative reviews about this place, fortunately for me, i didn't have those experiences. My appointment was for 8am, i arrived at 7:25am and i was out by 8:05am. Roy was very professional, he said i would be unloaded in no time, and he was right. I also got my paperwork signed and placed on the back of my trailer.

Easy to get in n out. No overnight parking. Plenty of space for back up. I believe 2-3 hours for unloading. Depends case to case. I spend here 2 hours for delivery.

If you are delivering a live load I warned you not to come this place I had appointment at 7:00 am so I showed up around 6:40 am now it’s already noon time and now still I have a red light ,they gonna tell you to drop ur trailer and go to the bobtail area, very bad place delivery a live load and people are too lazy plz do not come here with a live load or you will me remember me when thinks happened to me happen to you
