Not sure why this place has such bad reviews I'll let you be the judge. I had a 6am delivery time on a full truck of HAZMAT. In at 6am unloaded with paperwork in hand by 7am. Lumper fee was $385. Honestly, I've never had a lumper load unloaded that fast. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with.

The answer for the question “why you guys did not open the door?” Was “because you were banging the door, that’s why I didn’t open” white guy answer. I don’t even know how to react that,cry or laugh…200% stupidity

don’t get fooled by Google reviews. I think all these reviews are made by their own employees because I was there a couple hours and I haven’t seen any driver happy from there services

They behave as they are not a part of the supply chain we are all involved in. Making the driver sit at your dock for too long causes fatigue, reduces efficency of transporatation and increases chances of accidents.

I really do hope that you do improve your operations at this facillity in the future. My driver today had an appointment at 10 am, right around that time he was told that the dock workers went to lunch for 30 minutes, he's been sitting for 2 hours and 40 minutes already, he won't be able to make the next pick up today because of this, loads are scarce due to upcoming new year and he will most likely have to sit until tuesday in Oregon with no load.

shitty warehouse takes long to unload and they gonna kick you out for overnight parking if you are not white

Make sure you have hours. No early delivery. Check in open 05:30 exactly. Overnight parking no longer permitted. 3 hour average unload time. At least they have a bathroom and it's easy to dock.
