Easy to work with I was able to sign up and receive a storage unit all online within 15 minutes. When I needed support at the facility because I was missing an instructional email I was able to contact customer service quickly and my issues were resolved most satisfactorily.

The rental process was easy at the kiosk. I had trouble with my credit card, so I pushed the help button and a nice lady came on the screen and walked me through what to do. The unit was very clean and I have enjoyed the ease of access using my gate code. I also like that I can pay online, by phone, or at the kiosk. I have been here several months and my stuff is been kept clean & dry. Not sure why their rating isn’t higher.

Avoid at all costs. Located in a terrible neighborhood and WHEN your unit does get broken into, you will find out on your own, months later. They won't contact you. They just change your lock and hope you quit paying your bill, so that you never find out. Your items on not insured either. The insurance is to cover damage to the unit. Don't put your personal items in their hands, you will regret it.

In response to the owner: I was never a customer, my mother was and you took advantage of her. Her belongings were stolen, you never notified her and by the time we found out by her key not working, the criminals were caught, served their sentences and my mother's belongings were sold at the police auction due to being unclaimed for so long. You didn't notify because you wanted to keep collecting payments. You knew if we were told it was robbed, we would have cleared out and closed the account. Inexcusable business tactics and if wasn't for your friends' biased reviews, you'd be down to one star.

We stored our stuff here for over a year while waiting on our house to be built. We were hesitant to rent due to some of the reviews, but decided to take a chance because it was so close to the interstate and we are SO glad we did. It was clean, easy to access, and paying online was so convenient. We rented right at the kiosk and then used the gate code to access our unit. There were only a couple of times that we had questions and they were answered in a timely manner both times.

My son had a unit here. His door came out the track a month ago and he contacted management about it and they said to leave it unlocked so they could repair it. We got there to move all his belongings out over the weekend and it was still out of track and unlocked. I had to fix it myself to get the door open. The doors are so thin that I sliced my finger open while getting the door back in track. If you decide to rent here take into account that there will be zero maintenance if something goes wrong. Very cheap design for the units also. If your hauling a trailer there is very little room to maneuver in some areas. Also had trouble getting the pin numbers to work on the gate for entry.

I went to get my stuff that I had stored here from college - pictures, clothes, furniture, decor & books and it was just has I had left it. I had to call a couple of times with questions and the customer support person was very helpful. I did keep my stuff there longer than planned, but I never had to worry about forgetting to pay my rent with the auto pay option. So pleased I chose this place.

Reasonable prices, terrible service. I had an issue of being locked out even though my payments were up to date. I talked to 4 different people at Waller and all they could do is say "I have contacted the manager and they will contact you." It is impossible to talk to the local manager yourself. It took hours to hear anything. Very inconvenient when something is needed from your unit.

Used to be & could be great..but I recently moved to another facility because when I had to pay my bill the kiosk was always broken, when I pushed the button like the sign says (for service push button) no one answers..ever!, and then went to Web site to pay online & it wasn't working either! Also, once I did pay, tried to get in the gate to my storage building and after entering my code it wouldn't open saying I hadn't paid!!!!
