This is my first experience with BUDGET AIR SUPPLY for this Cryogenic technician formerly AirWing Marine.
5.0 Performance for this team. In military grading, that's as good as you can be.
Their team is the best. Efficient, Knowledgeable, Fast Shipping and Great Products.
My knowledge of liquid air is significant, from utilizing and maintaining a mobile GB1A which chills and separates air into Liquid Oxygen and Liquid Nitrogen , maintenance of that machine and storage of both extreamly low temperature liquids, -321 and -297 which is how they separate.
Give 'Budget Air Supply & Equipment' a heads up.
Definitely a high step above the rest.

The men that work at the store are friendly and extremely helpful. But the last few times I've come to this location tge 2 female staff members don't offer the sane welcoming experience. The initial encounter with them I ignored and brushed it off at it possibly being a difficult day for them. Unfortunately, I've noticed that it's just there demeanor. I don't know there's names but the one lady isn't as rude, but nonetheless rude.

I've decided to stop coming to this location and take my business elsewhere. Sadly, I've been doing business here for years, but as I'm getting older I realized that I font have to accept someone total disrespect and disregard. Although this store offers things difficult to find and most stores. I'd rather take my chances. I choose peace.

Horrible and even worse VINDICTIVE company. The work under multiple companies I guess to prevent many bad reviews. They will do the wrong thing, string you along and then treat you like you are the one in the wrong and try to hold your rebates and warranty for REVENGE. I've never dealt with such a company like this before. I mean where do you even find people like this to work for you?!?!

Horrible, unreliable company. I've purchased several heatpump systems from this group over the years and they remain obstructive any warranty situation. First, other Rheem suppliers refuse to offer warranty parts to customers who purchas from this group, requiring customers to go through Budget (or whatever they are calling themselves this wek) for Rheem to supply warranty parts. Budget (now calling themselves Polar) often ignore warranty help requests for weeks and months at a time and then deploy a series of excuses for not helping. Even when they do help, they charge excessive shipping and other fees that often match the cost of just buying repair parts outright with no warranty. Also of note, they recently swapped out their legal LLC name while keeping the same ebay seller name, same website and various other marketing, the same awful people, same address etc. and now are using that as the latest in a long line of excuses for not helping customers receive Rheem warranty parts for units purchased from them previously. Great prices, but customers should be aware equipment warranties are rendered practically useless by this company's behavior.

--UPDATE---
Shortly after placing this review, someone identifying themself as the owner reached out explaining a rather convoluted story about how they are a new company that happened to have taken on the identify (website, phone numbers etc) and employees of the company I did business with in 2016 but that they were entirely different and in no way responsible for helping with warranty parts for the previous sale. I haven't yet done the research to validate these claims or determine the exact circumstances of this *new* company's purchase of a previous company's assets and to what extent they should also be held to the obligations of the previous, but I find it laughable this guy would vocally impugn my character for placing this review while they continue this weird shell game of changing out companies behind the facade of another business name. If you want to take on another company's identify, perhaps consider you get the good with the bad - masquerading under the name of an older company gives customers a very reasonable expectation of continuity.
