We needed a quick and convenient place to store my MIL’s things while her home was being repaired. This place fit the bill perfectly. Easy to work with, efficient, location was great, unit was clean, and at a reasonable cost. This was our second time to rent a unit here and I won’t hesitate to return again if we need to store things in the future.

The staff is generally excellent, particularly Amanda. However, I must disagree with some of their rules. For the sake of clarity, it is inconsequential whether you rent the unit on the second-to-last day of the month, coming in on the first or the 31st. Regardless, if you arrive at midnight, you will be locked out. Even if you have paid for 24-hour access as a first responder in need of immediate access, you will still be unable to enter, despite having paid the $15 monthly fee just two days prior. Unfortunately, there is no way to circumvent this situation. This information could be beneficial for potential renters. Additionally, if you rent a truck, I recommend returning it only when the rental company is open to avoid any charges or potential misunderstandings about damage. Furthermore, it is crucial to conduct a thorough walk-through during the rental process to ensure that all cup holders are securely attached

I had a fantastic experience with BTA Storage in Rockwall! The facility is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and very secure. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They made the rental process super easy, and I felt completely at ease storing my belongings there. The location is convenient, and I really appreciate their flexible access hours. I’ve used other storage units in the past, but BTA Storage stands out for its top-notch customer service and peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone in need of storage in the area!

This was a really easy, fast and pleasant experience. We used this facility to drop off our U-Haul after moving across the country, but the climate controlled Storage units are so clean and easy to access that we used it for storage as well. Would definitely recommend!

I recently moved from Arizona to the Rockwall area and needed a reliable storage facility for my household goods while searching for a permanent residence. After careful consideration, I chose BTA Storage Rockwall, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

From the very first phone call, the customer service I received was exceptional. I had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole (who was filling in from another location), Lisa, and Dana, and each of them went above and beyond to assist me. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They provided excellent recommendations, followed up after our conversations, and made sure I had everything I needed.

When my husband and the transport crew arrived at the facility, everything went smoothly. I initially underestimated the storage space I needed, but thankfully, an additional unit of the same size was available. Not only was I able to secure the extra unit, but the team also honored the promotional discount for both units, which was a huge plus.

Beyond the outstanding customer service, the facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. This part of our move was completely seamless, and I am so grateful for the BTA Storage Rockwall team. If you’re looking for a storage facility in the area, I highly recommend them! Marcia Maiden

Stopped into BTA Self Storage on our way to another Rockwall facility. Looking for a climate controlled storage unit. Taylor provided the absolute BEST customer service experiences I have ever experienced. She is knowledgeable and knows the storage business. Within 10 minutes we had signed our rental agreement, had a lock, insurance and were on our way! DEFINITLEY recommend BTA Self Storage for your storage needs! BTW.....facilities are spotless!
