Second year I buy uniforms for my child. They are always smaller than they should be. The quality went down this last time I purchased and their return policy says I can’t return anything that has been put a logo on it. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Buy 2 sizes up. Thr 14-16 size fits a 10 year old!!!

Will never purchase anything from this company again. Their shirts are imported and are not true sizes for the US. I've always worn Large sizes with no issues. Their Large size is actually a medium. Uncomfortably tight. They have one of the worst return policies I've ever seen. I would encourage you to stay away from BSN.

I would give ZERO stars but of course that is not an option. I placed my order on 12/22/23 and it is now 2/5/2024 and I still have not received my order. I have contacted them 4 times and I get the same response every time... " give us until the end of the day and we will reach out to give you a status." They have yet to contact me and I reached out again today and was offered a refund totaling 20% percent of what I paid. This was offered to me by the supervisor Lee. That is STEALING!! I paid fully for merchandise and they either lost or did not make my order and want to offer me 20% back! I literally got scammed !! I paid over $200 for my order and this is all they had to offer me. IT WILL BE MY MISSION THAT THE SCHOOL DOES NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!
