Been using this place for years. Lisa, the manager, is actually extremely kind and helpful. The space is clean, the units are well taken care of and the manager is very helpful. I recommend this storage company 🙂

This is an honest review, please do not believe the fake recent five star review they are not true.This place is awful, they stole my 95.00 and the manager Lisa is rude, cruel, disrespectful, etc... I would never recommend anyone using it place. 19 years is to long for this place to keep robbing loyal customers.

We've had a unit there for several years. It is very clean and well managed. We have never had any issues. I highly recommend these storages.

very nice manager. Very secure facility.
Unit I rented was in a climate controlled building and had a pin to get in the building to the climate controlled units. The unit was clean and they provided a good, thick deadbolt, brand new out of the box that came with 3 keys. Open from 6 am to 10pm. The facility was clean and looked new. Very glad I was referred here for climate controlled mini storage!!

Always nice, and courteous. Sitting in the parking lot, just got everything out, asked the gentleman if I could borrow a broom to clean it out as I forgot mine, and he said no problem, handed me a receipt for balance and said have a good day. Would do business with them again if I needed to.

On Wednesday I went to the facility and signed a contract and paid for my first months rent for my unit. Today is Saturday and the first time I’ve been to my unit since signing the lease, I went to the office and asked for the code because I forgot my paper with the code on it. The woman in the office was VERY rude to me and made a smart comment about me not knowing the code. I brushed it off and went back to my unit and saw there was a lock on it. I was a little confused because I had been given a lock with 2 keys on Wednesday. I thought maybe the one they gave me Wednesday was extra or something. I tried several times to open the lock with the keys given and then opened the new lock they gave me to see if the keys fit that lock. The keys did fit the lock and then I went to the office to ask why there was a lock on it. When I went to the office and spoke to the older woman up front, she accused me of lying and asked me several times if I was sure that the lock on my unit was silver. She asked me if I went back there and put it the lock on there and then asked me if I was sure. I was thouroughly confused because if I had been back to my unit, why would I need the code? I was then told that there was nothing she could do and that she didn’t know who put the lock on my unit. She took my number and then asked if I wanted a refund. I had a trailer full of my things for a unit I had already paid for! This facility is so unprofessional. Thankfully I found another unit at A&G. They were so professional and knew how to actually do business. Would recommend them to anyone. However, this facility was horrible and I found it interesting how she changed her attitude when my parents threatened to sue.
