They have a gate so I believe no overnight parking.
Easy to maneuver, got here, got a door right away and I was in and out in one hour.
Such a peaceful place, I had an appt window.

Amazing place, arrived at 0440, recieving don't arrive until 0500, not a problem...fork lift guys got me backed into a dock, as soon as the guy arrived they started. 30 minutes later, I'm driving out with my bills...great guys.

First off, it's the nicest I've ever been asked to leave a facility. Guy felt guilty about telling me I had to go so they could lock the gate so I'll say there's no overnight parking here. The adjoining streets are peppered with no parking signs. I parked in the employee lot. Wouldn't suggest that either. There's a TA fairly close so shoot for there. Took awhile to get unloaded. They signed the bill upon check in and when the light went up red to green, I was gone. Nice people.

AMAZING!! Arrived at 1110am for a 11am delivery. Put right in a door and unloaded my 42,000lb load of beer in less than 10mins!! I actually sat there an extra 25mins thinking something had to be wrong with the green light or they went to lunch. Only felt my truck literally bounce TWICE thats all!! Don't know how they did it but pick up in Brevard, NC was great and so was Browns!

Customer service at the docket sale is ok. Worst of the worst is Delivery guys. The sales person to supervisor, they are all have no sense of customer service at all. They all act like they have monopoly in distribution, so that's their say. They deliver and leave on the floor, do not even put in the walking cooler. There should have another competing distributor for each reason to get the better customer service. They sometime mess the order. At the docket sale, they pull the wrong order. The young hired boys are not there to work, but to chat and takes 30 minutes to pull 10 cases of beer. Very pathetic monopolistic distributor and bossy people.
