Was promised we would be notified Friday afternoon once the lender brought the money and if it was able to be wired before 2:00 pm. If not, it would be wired on Monday morning and we would be notified either way...on Friday afternoon. That never happened.

We were also told that we would be emailed a copy of the real estate transaction after both parties had signed the required documents later Friday afternoon. That never happened.

Phone call was finally returned Monday morning with promises the payment would be at the bank by 9:00 am. That never happened. It was Monday afternoon before money was taken to the bank.

Nicest front desk lady every. She is always so happy and helpful. I’ve called a number of times and have been inside the office a number of times as well and she never gets tired of me asking questions. She definitely makes things less stressful every time I speak with her.

Title company will not provide mobile notary. It is “on you” to do their job for them. Made excuses during funding stating they had other loans that took priority. Employees are rude and lack competence and become upset when asked to do their job. Like the prior reviewer stated, countless errors and lack of due diligence. Company lacks on execution, professionalism, and sense of urgency. Employees will go on vacation during closings.

I called because I had a missed call from this company, and the woman on the phone was very rude to me. I am not from Brownwood so I've never heard of this company before so I was very confused. When I told the woman over the phone that I had a missed call from them all she said was *"who are you"* in a snarky tone. I still don't know why I have a missed call from them all she told me was *"no one knows who you are"* and then hung up on me.
